3. Orders and Pricing

• Quotations: All prices are quoted based on current market rates of gold/platinum and are subject to change until order confirmation.
• Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment as per agreed terms.
• Custom Orders: Custom designs require design approval before production begins.
• Minimum Orders: Minimum order quantities may apply for certain products.
• Price Variations: Prices may vary based on gold/platinum purity, weight, complexity of design, and gemstone requirements.

4. Payment Terms

• Advance payment is required as per mutually agreed terms
• Balance payment before dispatch unless credit terms are approved
• All payments in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed
• GST and applicable taxes as per government regulations
• Payment modes: Bank transfer, cheque, or other approved methods

5. Delivery

• Timeline: Delivery timelines are provided at the time of order confirmation and may vary based on order complexity.
• Shipping: Products are shipped via insured courier/transport services.
• Risk Transfer: Risk transfers to buyer upon handover to shipping carrier.
• Inspection: Buyer must inspect goods upon receipt and report any discrepancies within 24 hours.

• All jewelry is hallmarked as per BIS standards where applicable
• Purity certification provided for gold and platinum products
• Quality checks performed at multiple stages of production
• Gemstones certified where applicable

7. Returns and Exchanges

• Manufacturing Defects: Products with manufacturing defects will be repaired or replaced at our cost.
• Custom Orders: Custom-made jewelry cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
• Return Window: Claims for defects must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Condition: Products must be returned in original condition with all certificates and packaging.

8. Intellectual Property

• All designs created by DD Enterprise remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Customer-provided designs remain the property of the customer.
• We reserve the right to use photographs of our work for portfolio purposes unless client requests confidentiality.

9. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding customer designs, orders, and business information. All proprietary information shared with us will be protected and not disclosed to third parties.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, government actions, etc.) may affect delivery timelines without liability.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. We encourage amicable resolution of disputes through mutual discussion.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

13. Amendments

DD Enterprise reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
